Upper World Astral Travel Spiritual Workshop
This exciting event is my first ever spiritual workshop!!
Sunday, January 17th at 4pm - 6pm Pacific time.
Part 1
During the first Follow the White Rabbit workshop, I will share with you my shortcuts to developing your intuitive abilities to connect to Spirit. I will recommend courses, books, affirmations, manifesting techniques., and give you advice on raising your vibration for a stronger connection to Spirit. This part will take approximately 40 minutes and then we will take a 5 minute comfort break.
Part 2
Next, I will share my own version of the first guided meditation that got me started on my path. This meditation is similar to journeying to the Upper World, for those into Shamanism. We will astral travel to a place where you will visit with your loved ones. You will receive a recording of the workshop so you can use the guided meditation to visit your loved ones as often as you'd like until you get the hang of doing it on your own. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes and then we will take a 5 minute comfort break.
Part 3
The last 30 or so minutes will be Q&A. When you register for the workshop, please enter your question on the order form so I can be prepared to answer as many questions in our time together as possible. If there is time left at the end, I will ask for more live questions.

The motto of spiritual development: "Take what you like, and leave the rest."
If in our session, or at any time in your spiritual development, if there is anything that you don't agree with, that's ok! You can decide for yourself what feels right and true for you. I have learned from a lot of different teachers and books, and the one thing they all tend to agree on is this statement. Do what feels right for you. As long as your intentions are good, you can be free to develop your own style and your own beliefs.
