By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.

1. Authorized Use of the Website You agree to use the Site strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

• Use any content, images, or materials on the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.

• Post, upload, or transmit any unlawful, offensive, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading material through the Site.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site or remove any content without prior notice.

2. Products, Pricing, and Services

• Availability: All products, workshops, and services offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

• Accuracy: We endeavor to present accurate descriptions and pricing; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free.

• Currency: All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice prior to booking or purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and proprietary materials—are owned by Follow the White Rabbit and are protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Site content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Booking, Session, and Cancellation Policies By booking a session or reading with Mila Qualia, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as failure to attend your scheduled appointment ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and ineligible for credit or rescheduling.

• Punctuality & Late Arrivals:

  • Late Arrivals (1 to 15 Minutes): If you arrive up to 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the session will still occur, but the elapsed time will be deducted from your total allotted time, resulting in an abbreviated session.

  • Late Arrivals (Exceeding 15 Minutes): If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be deemed a no-show and automatically canceled without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

• Nature of Services: Readings may include mediumship and psychic insight intended solely for personal inspiration, spiritual guidance, and self-reflection.

• Legal Disclaimer: All readings and spiritual guidance provided are for entertainment, inspirational, and educational purposes only. Readings do not constitute, nor should they be relied upon as, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional business advice.

• Personal Responsibility: You retain sole legal responsibility for any actions, decisions, or reliance placed upon information provided during a reading. You are strongly advised to consult a licensed professional (e.g., medical doctor, attorney, financial advisor) for specific legal, medical, or financial matters.

5. Workshops and Event Policies

• Registration: Registrations for workshops and events are final and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on the specific event page.

• Cancellations & Modifications: Event-specific cancellation terms are detailed at the time of registration. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to low enrollment, unexpected circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Follow the White Rabbit, its owners, operators, employees, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, Services, products, or reliance on any spiritual guidance offered. The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Privacy Policy Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
