Welcome to Follow the White Rabbit ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website www.followthewhiterabbit.care (the "Site"). We are deeply committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit our website, book a reading, or purchase our services. This policy is designed to meet the requirements of the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

3. How We Use Your Information

We limit the collection of personal information to what is necessary for the purposes we identify. We use your data to:

Provide, manage, and deliver your psychic readings or mediumship services.
Process payments, issue invoices, and manage bookings.
Respond to your inquiries, emails, or customer service requests.
Send you essential appointment reminders or scheduling alerts.
Marketing Communications (CASL Compliance): We will only send you marketing emails or newsletters if you have given us your explicit, express opt-in consent. You can easily unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.

4. Strict Confidentiality & Session Recording Policy

As a client of a psychic medium, your personal and spiritual privacy is sacred.

All information shared during a private session, as well as the content of the reading itself, is treated with strict discretion and confidentiality.
Default Session Recordings: For your convenience, a digital audio or video recording of your Google Meet session is included by default as part of your purchase. This recording will be securely captured and emailed directly to you following your session.
Opting Out: If you prefer that your session is not recorded, you may explicitly opt out at any time prior to or at the very beginning of your reading. If you opt out, no recording will be generated.
Recording Protection: Any generated session files are handled with the same strict confidentiality as your other personal data and will never be shared, sold, or reviewed by third parties without your explicit, written consent. Unauthorized personal recordings by clients are strictly prohibited.
